Had to rent a car because of vehicle accident. As soon as they were able to get a vehicle to me, which took a day, they were very nice and professional. No complaints. Upon return I wasn't able to fill it up with gas and they returned my fulll deposit anyways really sweet staff.

Lauren was so helpful. My rental was covered by a warranty and she helped me get ally stuff in order. They even picked me up from home and saved me an uber.

I needed a car for a few days while visiting and am very pleased with the Springfield branch. I called several times before my trip with questions and the staff were very helpful & courteous, making me feel valued as a customer. I had to make changes during my rental and these was accomplished quickly & easily. I am very happy with my experience and the people who helped me. thank you!

You can pick up car at any enterprise not just airport.
Credit cards are easier. They take a 250 deposit which is refunded at the return of car
Yes, you just have to return them with as much gas in the tank as when you got it
Just park in the Lot and drop your keys in the drop box near the doors
Been a year since I've rented here, but it was a $250 deposit at that time.
They don't sell cars at this location, but there are Enterprise car lots, though I don't think any are in the Eugene/Springfield area.
