A few months ago I went in for root touch up and Linda did a nice job. Went recently for a root touch up and Linda foiled my hair. 4 hours later my hair is mouse brown and my roots aren’t even done. Went back the next day for Linda to fix it and she did my roots mouse brown. I want my blonde back and Linda replies “you mean your yellow brassy hair?” I did not want my blonde turned brown I wanted a root touch up. I went back the next day and she put CPR to strip that color. It looked better but the next day my hair is turning magenta and copper orange. She refused to help and refused a refund. I’ve had to seek a color correction specialist at additional costs. Thanks Linda for completely ruining my hair and not owning up to it.

This hair salon is the best you can make your on colors if you don't like the ones the hair salon has. And the quality is amazing!!!
