New owners. They care about maintenance and keeping up on the property. Cooling thing so far I got a paper on my door with a letter saying new management this and that and also took the time to put a short cake recipe on the back. Awesome staff. Maintenance people easy to work with. All in all a new place. Happy to live here.

Hey Joshua. My friend has a 2 bedroom that is $775 and 800 sq ft. She doesn't think they offer 1 bedrooms but we aren't 100% sure. The 2bdrm isn't as spacious as others I've seen for the price but if you don't have children then you should be fine. They offer laundry rooms, a swimming pool, & there are trash dumpsters. Parking seems to be an issue if I visit late at night after 9pm. It's a quiet neighborhood but a few residents had issues with stolen vehicle's and license plates. Hope this helps.

There is three bedroom apartments but I don't know if there available. You have to ask the front desk
Nothing has improved and they are still going though at least 3 managers a year. No one writes anything down and getting anything fixed takes an act of god.
