I really like MINI at Universal City. Greg helped me to get my car, who was super nice and patient. He and his partner worked with me to find a car with my needs and budget in mind. Not pushy at all which was very refreshing. I also got a pretty decent interest rate from the finance department. For the last three years, Mario has been taking care of my car. He is very professional and reachable. All fees so far were covered in my package. Hassle free and stress free. My little mini is still in prime condition. If you love mini, I highly recommend you to get yours from this place. The team is very very good!

Showed up with a broken passenger seat and the service team at Universal Mini stepped up to the plate and fixed it for an even lower cost than they had originally quoted. The part needed also arrived quicker as well. I am usually helped out by Jose but this time I had the pleasure of dealing with Jorge who also provided me with excellent service. Been dealing with them for more than 3 years now and have never received anything less than A++ service. HIGHLY recommended and if you are looking to buy a Mini from a place that will stand behind it, look no further.

This service center experience was super smooth and helpful. Shout out to Jose P for making that happen. I had purchased a used MINI hybrid from this dealer, and it needed a couple minor parts repaired/replaced. I got regular updates throughout the process, and they even washed my car… even though I ended up not paying for the parts. Really great service - will definitely be back for service and future repairs.

I just took my car in for some repairs to Mini Universal. The team was friendly, efficient, and answered all questions in a timely manner. I especially liked the video inspection so that I was able to see the issues myself. All in all, it was a good experience and my car runs and looks great!

There are plexiglass dividers between customers and the service managers, and between the customers and the cashier. Everyone is masked. There are hand sanitizer stations, too. The waiting area seats are pushed 6 feet apart and someone wipes down each seat after a customer vacates a seat. I'm not sure what all they do to the interior of the cars receiving service. Perhaps seat covers and then wiping down the steering wheel, door handles, controls and gear handle?
