The Kohls store in Hiram doesn't have any shopping carts and only 4- 5 pull baskets. Not sure how they expect someone to shop . It is a real inconvenience especially when you want to purchase large items. Another problem is not Hiram Kohls fault but this day forward Kohls has lost 2 customers due to their computer rules when doing a return . When you make a purchase using your Kohls credit card and pay your Kohls card off . If you are trying to return something Kohls system won't allow you to get a refund only a store credit or added back on your Kohls card. Then you have to call Kohls to get them to send you a check for your refund. This is ridiculous and inconvenient. Once again at the mercy of a computer. This policy should be changed a customer should not have to jump through hoops to get their money back . We will never use our Kohls accounts again . The manager and return cashier were great. Great customer service. KOHLS QUIT ACTING LIKE YOU ARE BROKE & GET SOME SHOPPING CARTS IN THE HIRAM STORE.

They are lacking short sizes in men's dress forms, but this place is good.
