Management is great and very friendly in this post office! I used a few services, called a few times, and every time I got the answers I was looking for. Glad to stumble upon such a fantastic post office team.

Lousy customer service, I asked to purchase a new mailing envelope and he just slapped a piece of tape on the existing one and sent it on the way. I should have made him retrieve it and do his job but there was a huge frustrated line behind me. I will make the extra effort to go to a more distant location next time I need the post office. Branches like this are why the USPS is becoming obsolete. Visiting a couple of months later, the clerk (#5) was fabulous so customer service varies greatly depending on who you get. My first visit was 1-star, today was a 5, so I'm changing my review to a 3 overall.

Just once I would like the self service kiosk to actually be working. Instead, every time I try to use it "Pardon our progress" "Experiencing technical difficulties" or some other message on screen. Someone please fix this piece of junk so I don't have to drive all the way to la canada after hours to use the kiosk. Never had a problem with la canada kiosk. Their kiosk worked every time.
