Clean, fast, friendly, orders were on point. Maybe it was that we had a great server (Logan)… fabulous job… i was iffy when i seen the rating but our experience was great. 4 kids 2 adults and flawless dinner. From our visit i would highly recommend.

My mom wanted to come to Applebees on Mother's day...and so we did. The service was amazing. Erik was our server and he was so happy and kind. Wonderful at his job! Oh, the food wasn't half bad either LOL!

I wish I could give our experience tonight 10 STARS because from the moment we walked in to the second we walked out everything and everyone was absolutely AMAZING! I haven’t been to Applebees in like 10 years maybe more and tonight was such a clear reminder of what the hometown feeling is all about. All the staff was laughing and smiling, no customers were complaining and the food was cooked to perfection. Now let’s talk about our waitress Michele!! OH MY APPLEBEES; she was the bomb.com!!! Her smile, her personality, her energy and the fact that she stayed so attentive to us the entire time was so impressive. She kept my many glasses of water coming and trust me there were like 6 lol and she made sure my riblets were cooked to perfection before she even brought them out. Service like this this day in age is hard to find! My hat goes off to the entire team at the Kempsville location, because though our food and service was wonderful the best part of our experience was seeing the entire team laugh and smile the whole time we were there! They have a great team and I look forward to coming back again soon!!!!
