Came here to try strawberry frost. But ordered 2 medium frosts, and ask for a simple of strawberry. Got charged 2 dollars for a simple and the medium frost I did get was in a small kids cup for 6 dollars. I know the cost of food has gone up but darn. But don't cheat people out of things they came here for. And have your workers work and not stand around at window.

They always mess up my order. Always give ice in drinks when I ask for no ice. The drive through people are very rude when they take your order. They are also extremely slow at serving. Takes about 15minuets minimum if i'm the only person who is in the drive through. The fries are also almost always cold

UPDATE (03/14/22): I received an email from corporate asking me to contact the General Manager so that I could stop by the store on the days that she is working. I have not done this yet and find it strange that I should announce my visit. I will keep you guys posted! February 2022: Horrible. When I pulled up there was a car in front of me .not sure how long she was there but we waited 10mins and still no one helped them so they drove off. I pulled up waited a minute then said HELLO, ABOUT 30 SEC LATER a girl ( Brice or Bree) said " yeah, what can I get you". Then all I could here was laughing, screaming and playing in the background.I got to the window the girl Brice or Bree acted like she didn't even want to deal with me, I said ty after she gave me my CC back .nothi g, she handed me my food, I said ty. And still not a word ..just turned her back to me. I didn't get a recept, My fries were old, greasy and refried. The burger was a mess..Bread torn..I go around to leave and there were 4 cars there and the staff waited till I got my order and drove around before they took the next order. There were 2 girls working the drive thru and people can't even get served. It a shame we get charged more for our food and the service is still hideous! I will never go to this one again...

Food is usually always hot. Besides that, the employees have horrible customer service. Cannot take orders fast enough to get the line going, I always seem to get one person every time I go with an attitude. I always greet them with a gentle “hello” and end it with “have a good day”, and I get no response or usually answered with a nasty attitude. At one point, I waited so long in line that by time I got home to eat my food, I had 3 buns on my burger. One on the bottom, and two at the top. Wasn’t about to go back because it wasn’t a big deal, but it was the fact they weren’t paying attention. Lines get ridiculously long at night and especially at lunch time. It’s getting old. They need to open the dine-in, so we don’t have to wait 30 minutes just to get to the microphone and have to wait another 10 minutes to make an order.

I just spent $23.00 and some change on a meal we threw out all but the chili and a few bites of the triple. Almost no bacon on the baconator, which was cold and nasty anyway. They completely forgot the nuggets. I won't bother to go back, I dont need to replace that nasty food with more nasty food. Chalk it up to a loss.
