This place sucks. Have gone here for last 5 or so oil changes and it used to be a quick operation and no hassle. I just spent an hour here while employees were standing around while 3-4 cars waited to get service. Not to mention they try to upsell you every time and tell you that you can’t use a military discount on the lowest grade oil even though I’ve done so every-time previously. Avoid this location at all costs.

I decided to take my boyfriends car in for a oil change today the line was a little long but the customer service was absolutely amazing! While I waited Kevin offered everyone water and advised them of their wait time. Once it was my turn the manager Trel greeted me and explained everything. As a woman going to get a oil change is always a scary experience as we fear of being taken advantage of. This was not the case he broke everything down and showed me the air filter that needed to be replaced. I will be returning in the future! THANK YOU FOR THE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE !

It was fast and easy. The staff was very helpful, quick, informative, friendly and reassured me about the status of my vehicle. Offered my kid a snack, checked extra compartments, ensured I didn’t have leaks to make me aware of and I didn’t even have to get out my car.

Very polite and knowledgeable staff. As promised you will be in and out quickly. They also top off vehicle fluids, perform a battery test, check windshield wiper blades, check tire threads, and fill your vehicle tires with the needed air. You have to remain in your vehicle at all times and your keys will be placed in small box once entering the shop and given back to you once payment is complete. I was given a $10 discount off of the $89.99 full synthetic oil service due to the fact that they did not have the $49.99 oil service available for my vehicle. I am thankful for the speedy walk-in service but I will not be returning because $96.92 is entirely too much for an oil change for a work vehicle in my opinion.
