My son was admitted few days ago and the Every staff member that assistant him has been nothing but genuinely caring. I would like to thank Maria his nurse for taking care of my son. She was very pleasant and professional. Thank you Maria!

Most nurses are nice and caring. But the Physician In the ER who was horrible! He was tall, 50-60y/o with accents, he was only went to my bed for 30 second and told me who he was, then left and talked and jocked loudly with other employeess. I was too weak with n/v and very chilly, so I called and called them again cuz I needed helps but no response until someone push me to other unit. After I was transferred to the continue care CT, I met nicer nurses mostly. But from the beginning until the end of discharged day, I asked # times of my food can't be clear liquid any more, but nobody cares until I discharged. Much difference then others!

SOOOOO HORRIBLEE!! My baby had really high fever and they made me wait 5 hours , i kept asking for help and the rude nurse just kept saying to wait my turn. 5 hours passed and they didn't even checked him, I just left to another hospital and my baby was checked right away because he had high fever. I told the doctor and nurses what happened and they said that parkview community hospital was a joke and to never go back again they said i wasn't the only one. I feel so bad for my baby, they kept him for check ups.my baby was really sick with fever and this hospital didnt help him😪😪 i should have known better and leave earlier😪😪😪😪

My mom was admitted because she had a broken femur. They left her in the hallway half naked and visibly shivering! When I was finally able to go see her, her copd and asthma were acting up so badly she was audibly wheezing! They haven’t given her any of her daily meds like prednisone, trelegy, lexipro, norvasc! The worst is that they don’t even care! My sister gave them all the medical info they needed a few times because they couldn’t communicate it or put it in her chart!! Seriously this place is horrible! They’re trying to track down a doctor so they can administer breathing meds! She has been complaining that they won’t help give her water to drink and after having had a rod put into her leg they’re giving her Tylenol for her pain! How is she supposed to sleep to get better with that kind of pain?!? She is in such terrible shape I want to cry! At this rate she will never get better! Just spoke to the nurse again! Apparently the pulmonologist comes in only once per day and he’s already been here this morning so they said she has to wait until tomorrow! Their mission statements are ALL LIES!!! If you love someone don’t bring them here! If you hate someone this is a great place to have them be tortured!!

I believe visiting hours are 8am to 8pm.
You have to go to medical records office there and fill out a form.
As with ANY Emergency. The waiting time completely depends upon how "URGENT" your problem is! Also, your age and overall health. PLUS! Time &day of week. YES, folks! Weekends and holidays are ALWAYS busier. Gotta factor in ALL of the DUMBASS morons who get drunk, drugged up and rolling out THEIR OWN immature attitude's!
In the baby's ICU its actually not even all family. Its only parents and grandparents, but im not sure how it is in the adults ICU
