The service technician, Josh, was incredibly knowledgeable and patient with us while we asked many questions to try to understand the maintenance, needs, and repairs of our AC system. Autumn at the front desk of the office was also very patient and kind, helping us understand our options. We are very satisfied with the service we have received from this company.

Where do I begin... for about 2-3 weeks my mom was going through different companies trying to get our AC back up and running especially with the SUMMER heat knocking at our doors. We were literally using fans which was no help at all when trying to cool a 2 story house. Before going with All Pro Air, another AC repair company came out and literally try to rip us off and stated the house needed a whole new AC system and would cost nearly 3000 to fix. Well, to their surprise my mom still wanted to explore her options and All Pro Air was that option. We are extremely grateful that Sheldon and Barry, although they had a busy schedule, took the time to not only diagnose and inspect the issue but the pricing was reasonable and way less than the 3000 we were quoted from a different company. They came on time and got right to it and within minutes they were able to let my mom know that they found the issue, due to the age of the AC it needed new parts and got to work. They immediately left to get the parts needed for our AC and was back in a timely manner and now our AC working again!! I would give this company 10 stars because they went above and beyond to make sure that our AC was back to working condition. Customer Service was impeccable and overall satisfied with the quality of work they provided. They literally came and conquered. My mom will be using them for future AC issues, should there ever be any in the future. A HUGE SHOUT OUT TO SHELDON AND BARRY !!! THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH!!!

All Pro Air is a wonderful company to have on my contact list . They sold me a Heater/AC system 7 years ago and just recently the smart thermostat went out and needed to be replaced with a new one with a 10 year guarantee . All Pro Air does my annual preventive maintenance too . In all cases they are 100% great in my mind ! They are friendly fast responders and their service fee to figure out the problem is very reasonable . If you ever suffer from anxiety like I do you want a business like All Pro Air . You will feel better just by calling them . They have saved me sooooo much money from my AC unit change out that it has easily paid itself off . All Pro Air !!! I love 'em!
