I asked for a chicken California. I ended up getting a salad. I told them that’s not what I wanted but not a single person there speaks English. One would assume Spanish would be spoken, but none of their employees understood me in Spanish either. It’s almost as if once Covid became a thing most places operate at McDonald’s level of service.

Located in the food court of Greenbrier mall Charley's was overall good but not great. The food was prepared fresh after our order and the staff was polite. I ordered a basic cheese steak with meat and cheese only. It was a good size serving and tasted good but it wasn't great. I like my Philly's well seasoned and this one was just average. I did like that you could add fries though, because I'm tired of all sub shops only serving chips. They also give you the punch card where you get your 8th sandwich free so I wouldn't mind returning.
