It’s a hard no for me. I’ve tried this place twice, dine in both times. Flavor isn’t there in the food in my opinion (I tried the tropical chicken and jerk chicken… also rice and peas, roti, veggies and plantains), but the biggest turn off for me is the customer service and communication. I am just big on that. During my second and last time there, I was left standing at the register waiting to pay while my food was being prepared, no problem… But an employee was right in front of me for several minutes and didn’t acknowledge my presence at all. Like at least a “be with you, in one moment?”… The woman preparing my food also was not pleasant. Can y’all smile or at least make eye contact? A gesture? Something?! During my last visit, I watched the woman prepare my food and caught her leaving out ingredients I asked for. I asked about the missing stuff and was told one of my requested ingredients wasn’t available (when was I going to be told that? never, if I didn’t ask) and then no comment on the second missing ingredient… She just threw it into my plate when I called it out to her. Luckily those toppings weren’t additional charges with my meal because then I would have been overcharged… but seriously can we get better communication? This place isn’t worth it. Food and service not good. Back to the hole in the wall spots with the real jerk pits, and friendly vibes.

This will definitely be a regular go to spot. The food is amazing! My first time going was yesterday and I had to return today to snag some lunch for myself and family. I especially enjoy the salmon and roti. I can't believe I've been missing out all this time. I'll have to make up for it☺️

Hi! I am late writing my post however, you know what they say…better late than never. This restaurant is AMAZING!!!! The service and food was BOMB!!!! I was super hungry for Jamaican food and happen to be in White Plains at the time. I decided to try that new Jamaican restaurant there. WRONG DECISION!!!! I waited 15 minutes in an empty restaurant for someone to even assist me… the lady wasn’t friendly at all and on top of that everything I asked for on their menu they didn’t have. I left and drove to Waldorf. THANK GOD!!!! The manager Moe greeted me upon arrival and her energy was unmatched. It was my first time visiting this restaurant and I’m so THANKFUL I did. Perfect serving sizes, reasonable prices, great atmosphere & outstanding customer service. This is the type of business I love to support. Thank you so much for your outstanding service and food. I can’t wait to come back!!!!!

This place is nice clean and overall pleasant. I placed a to go order for a bowl with curry chicken, rice and peas and planteen. The food was delicious. I took this pick half way into eating the food and as you can tell it's more than enough. This is my new spot.
