Employee made us wait to check in while he played video games in the lobby!!!! Breakfast was ok better if you get there early. employee doing breakfast was the sweetest. Rooms were acceptable. Pool is tiny and housekeeping was sub-par

Enjoyed staying here. The customer service was spot on! Reason for 4 star — while overall the hotel is clean, I had a few stray hairs in my linen and shower walls. Hotel is conveniently located near eateries and grocery stores — Chick Fil a and Target are less than 5 minutes away. Love that the pool is indoors. Digital check in/out is also a bonus!

I'm an elite member. This location was 45 minutes from where I needed to be, however after reading the comments for the hotels in D.C, decided to drive a little extra and pray for a good nights sleep at this Holliday Inn in Waldorf. I'm so glad I did! Room was quiet and clean. Special thanks to Emanuel at the front desk. Prompt, Polite, Professional young man. Keep up the good work.

This is a great hotel. Very friendly staff, always a smile check in and check out. Rooms are always clean. Breakfast is awesome. The ladies do a great job keeping the common area very clean and neat. I recommend this hotel anytime you are in the SO. MD area. Very well lit on the outside, property is clean on the outside and well maintained. Thank you for doing everything you can during the covid pandemic.
