My salesman Christian was fantastic! He met me as I entered the store with a warm welcome. He offered his assistance but allowed me space to browse. When I had a question, he was right there. What I liked the most was he was not intrusive and he listened to what I told him I was looking for.. At the end of my purchase I mentioned end tables & he took me to exactly what I was looking for! Pretty good experience. We went in looking for a bedroom set and found what we liked and wanted almost immediately. The only reason I'm not giving a 5 star rating is because they kept pushing the warranty for 5 years/$320.00. We did not purchase the warranty. We had a great experience other than that.

It depends on if you purchase warranty. They offer 2 year warranty for price depending on item cost.
Hi Denise, I've been a faithful customer of Bob's for a few years now. They definitely have something for everyone but you have to go in and try them out. They have firm and plush, leather and microfiber, single or a set. If I'm not mistaken, most, if not all of their recliners are electric so no one will have Popeye arm syndrome. Lol! Also, if anything is broken after if it gets to you, you can call and they'll have someone come try to repair it. If it cannot be repaired, they will replace it. I will be with them FOREVER!
I believe they do deliveries on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
