Before I purchased my RV over the internet I looked at this companies ratings and they rated 5 stars. Very disappointed or maybe I just got the bad deal who knows. I had many conversations with the salesperson as to the condition of the RV being a buyer from California and not being able to visually see the RV. I was misled and several items were never disclosed to me. Buyer beware...
