Adopted two animals here. One was my dog and she had a huge infection the size of a large fist. They told us this had been treated already. It was horrible and filled with pus and made her tired constantly. We took her to our vet and got her on some medication and it cleared up in 2 days. She's now sweet and active. Both animals I got their are incredible but please please please check the animals before you release them without medication. Just glad we caught the infection in time.

Yes. Adoption fee plus spay/neuter deposit. Once they are fixed you will get the deposit back.

I believe that you have to drop it off. But there is a surrender fee of $25 per pet.
If you adopt a dog from there, the dogs come with their kennel cough shot and deworming. But no they do not provide shots for walk in dogs.
