Positive: I should have thought something was not quite right when I had to check in through a window as the lobby was locked. The woman checking in before us had someone sleeping in her room when she opened the door and same with us, lucky we were shot! Negative: The fact that our king room was given away and the fact that the room we were given already had people sleeping in it which we startled when we opened the door, luckily no one was harmed. This is a crack den, avoid at all cost.

We booked our reservation through a third party online. We received confirmation of our stay and the funds went through our account no problem. When we arrived on the day of check in we were informed that our reservation had been cancelled but they could not tell us by whom. We contacted the third party vendor who then confirmed our reservation with the hotel. At which point, the hotel clerk was able to see that we were put on the Do Not Rent (DNR list) by Wyndham and they could not reverse it. Now we have never stayed at a hotel in this region but have been staying in Wyndham hotels for years throughout our many travels without issue. The clerk advised we had to call Wyndham. Now this is a holiday weekend and we are now stranded. The third party vendor refunded our money and we were forced to spend twice as much for a last minute reservation at another hotel. We called Wyndham and we were told they had no control over the DNR flag that only the franchise owner themselves could have done this. So we were misinformed by the hotel clerk, flagged at a hotel we have never stayed at and forced to find an alternative place to stay because of a gross error of the hotels systems. I suggest calling to verify your reservations with this hotel directly regardless of how you originally booked.

Positive: Great location, and clean. Negative: The refrigerator was not clean and had bugs in it. Pool was not available. I requested an Iron for my wrinkled clothing and there was no iron available on site. 1 sheet for an air conditioned room also does not seem appropriate.

Positive: It had beds. Negative: No cots were available. Had to ask for blankets. Refrigerator leaked. Cigarette burn on the toilet seat. Toilet paper holder rusty and no holder for the paper. Just stuffed into the wall. Never again will I stay there. !
