Bojangles went above and beyond for my family today and I am very grateful. My son needed to use the restroom and they allowed us to use the bathroom, despite the dining room being closed. They did not have to do that but, they understood that he has just learned to potty fully. When we went to the drive thru I asked for a bacon and egg biscuit all separate for my son. They said no problem and even cooked the egg fresh for him. When we got to the window he was shouting with excitement about the cano big bo box and they made sure we had one. He loves putting his toys in it. None of these people had to do any of these things. They were already short staffed at the restaurant with many people wearing many “hats”. Thank you for your kindness. We need more kindness and consideration in this world.

Consistently the worst Bojangles I’ve ever been to for service time. Doesn’t matter the time of day, I am always waiting more then 15 min. This store needs to take notes on how the Raleigh stores are run.

This people sales the best chicken 🐔 meat I ate in a long time. As a matter if fact, me and my family family traveled nearly 6hrs away from our home state to North Carolina on a weekend getaway to eat the lunch at this restaurant. We Loved it 💗 there.

Spoke to a General manager name Mark Guess.. he needs to be fired he’s not here to serve the customers whatsoever..The sign said Open but said they were closed!! Very confusing..
