Stereo maxxx is a great little spot to go take care of your car audio needs! I’m usually a little skeptical coming to these place based on how much more time the job ends up taking Vs the time you are quoted. I brought my Lexus ES 350 in and my man promised I’d be out in 4 hours and he had it done in 3 hours and 50 minutes. I got steering controls on my car and one minor function didn’t work and the owner assured me it was a programing issue that could be fixed but since I was in a rush and the function wasn’t important to me he offered me money back on the service overall, so they are honest straight shooters there… if I change my mind he said I could get the service done for the amount I was refunded. Lastly I’ve seen some people comment about radio pricing vs a big store like Best Buy and my answer to that is it takes more for a smaller retailer to compete with a big box store that buys 1000’s of units, and the quick turnaround/same day service makes the price difference more than worth it, last time I checked Best Buy’s radio service is 4 weeks out… I don’t know about you but I needed my music now!

I went to Stereo Maxx to buy a stereo that I would install myself. After visiting two other stores did not have the models I was looking for in stock, Stereo Maxx had 3 stereo models on the shelf that fit my needs. As I was looking, another customer came in complaining about being overcharged for an installation (just a little awkward). The clerks were nice to me, if not pre-occupied. When I asked how much stereos cost, the clerk seemed to make up numbers- all of which were quite high. In the end, I was tired and just picked one of the models. They charged me $276 out the door for a Pioneer DEH-S6220BS, which at the time of writing this review, costs $180 from online retailers before any discounts (and as low as $120 before tax from a few stereo online retailers). I'm not going to vilify this place for making an easy buck from unknowing consumers, but you should beware that this place charges premium markups for off-the-shelf products. I would recommend that if you have the know-how, save yourself a hundred bucks and just buy a stereo online.

Seen this place on a facebook ad and was a little skeptical cz of the really good pricing of installing and using their own products for my system. i only had the raw subs, two 12 inch Kenwood road series subwoofers. 2 hour drive later, i get there and they install it super fast and i was amazed with how well the quality is. outstanding job guys

Same here they took some premium rca cables and some 12ga knukonceptz speaker wire from my trunk and way more bad things where done this place is a joke! Sammi is worse than a car salesman
They got what you want great music
Its not bad at all. You just gotta know exactly what you want when you get there. The more specific the better. You have to realize that with stereo dealers they get a lot of drama coming thru.
