Online ordering is easy. Food was hot, affordable, and tasty. Order was ready by the online promised time and front staff cashier was friendly and checked me out fast. I would recommend management consider providing condiments to paying customers free of charge.

If I could put a 1 star I would, ordered a large pizza and cheese sticks at 7pm got my food at 9:45, food was ice cold. I called to get my money back, manager wants to send another driver to my house at 10 at night to get the food. I told her forget it. I’ll never eat at this location again or spend any money. Food is disgusting and the staff is incompetent

Good pizza but precision pizza cutting would make it better. Assuming a perfectly sliced large pizza has 8 medium-sized pieces, receiving a pizza with large and small slices is not desirable. But even if the slices are uneven, the minimum requirement would be for the slices to be cut well and not partially cut slices that have to be torn away from each other at the crust. When sharing food (especially in the era of COVID) having to get a knife or pizza cutter to recut your pizza is not what a customer wants from their local pizza shop.

The wait time is understandable given the current climate. However when I called to get an eta the manager in the background ( a woman) was “yelling” to the man I was speaking to on the phone I got own driver and she’s two hours out. I said I’m calling to confirm that my order is still out for delivery because my email said it was out for delivery 20 minutes ago and you all are down the street. He said it will be a few minutes I said don’t you need my name and # to look it up ? He said no and the manager in the back continued to yell in the background instead of getting on the phone and help answer my question. So I just spent 40 on pizza that I have no clue where it is and got terrible customer service. Highly disappointed in this service.
