Just went to this store and they literally wouldn’t provide any help to the customer, This Lisa here is the worst Fedex staff I have ever seen across the nation. I asked her if she can tape the label pouch so it won’t fall off, and she went it is not designed to fall off. Yeah right? If it is designed to be that way , there is definitely no fking way that anything would go wrong ever right? I get it. You a a bitoh

Worst fedex location ever, they reject packages that I’ve been dropping off for 6 years. Over 10,000 packages shipped personally. These guys don’t know what they’re doing in comparison to other fedex locations. Save time and go somewhere else that has smart people. There’s a good reason amazon has stopped using them as a carrier.

Went in for an emergency email at 8:30 (close to closing) and Matt was absolutely wonderful. He was welcoming and didn’t make us feel bad for coming in so close to closing, he ensured we got set up promptly and walked us through a few steps. Fantastic customer service! Thank you so much, Matt!

We only ship to PO boxes if it's international
They do take passport photos but you would have to go to the USPS for example to send the application if you aren't able to send it yourself.
Yes they can and the fees are very inexpensive
