Listen, it’s a great idea and great execution EXCEPT for the fact that they oversell the tickets. You can get there an hour before the show starts and still not be able to see the screen. That’s what I’d expect from a FREE movie in the park, not an expensive event. If I pay for a movie I expect to be able to see the screen.

I love coming here every summer to watch my favorite movies. We bring our own low chairs and blankets, food and beer.. They keep you separated from those that have chairs and those that perfer lay on their blankets. I usually get there 2 hours before they open the gates and just wait in line. It's a small walk from the front entrance to behind the cemetery where the grassy area is located. They have potable toilets here. You can buy popcorn and drinks from the food stand. I've been coming here for 3 years now. Never a disappointment so far. Oh and I can't forget to mention the dj's that are playing the music while you're sitting and eating before the movie starts. I have enjoyed listening to the D j's playing their music.

What a cool idea and event. Lots of people so do go as early as possible to get a good spot. Bring lots of stuff to be comfortable both on the grass and food/drink wise. Also recommend a chair or at least something that can hold your back upright. They have lots of toilets. At the end of the screening there’s music for dancing. Really cool.

We had an absolute blast.. so much that we came back for another movie screening and plan to attend as much as possible! The crowds are great and everybody does their own thing..

I show up for all residents around here. I lived here more than 30 years and this is just happened my dear. I have to protect my right.
Only at the LA Historic Park. The Greek and Hollywood Forever Cemetery strictly prohibit dogs unless they're service animals. I'm not certain about the various historical venues in DTLA but presumably they are not allowed.
Yup
They usually put it out in April. Flicks start in May. I go every year. It's the BEST!!
You have to order in advance and the tickets are gone pretty fast, so when you see a show you want to watch, get in, and get that ticket, what is there to talk about? , Get there early, find a park, and ENJOY THE NIGHT
Don't support this business because they don't care to the residents around here. Now more day of suffering for residential Wednesday, Friday. Saturday. The parking space on the street are full. Trash ,bear bottles, condom are all over Van Ness street. Covid 19 start here.
