First time Chick-fil-A experience and I really liked it. The sauces, burgers and drinks were pretty great and the staff was very friendly.

(DONT EAT HERE ) you will get sick. Lest talk about the FOOD the food tastes old, the fries look disgusting and the chicken tastes like it's expired. Not only that, to top it off, the service is bad, it's not like the traditional restaurants of the franchise where the employees treat you beautifully, for example (my pleasure, thank you very much for coming, enjoy your food) or basic things like thank you, you're welcome, to instead they treat you very badly with a bad face. as if the owner was not paying them enough, my question is they pay them less??? because the service is very bad and if they don't pay you well, then I understand why they don't want to work well. but what I take away from this place is that there is no good food (it can be expired or old) the employees do not want to work (they will treat you badly).

Stopped here today on our way home from Williamsburg to Southern Virginia. While traveling we normally stick to Chick-fil-A fast food because you can always depend on it to be good. This place did not disappoint! The staff was very friendly and food was very good and fresh( as expected).

My huband and I ate in the Mt. Airy NC restaurant today and we were very disappointed . We have never received bad food before but today was awful. The fries were cold and mushy and the chicken was dry. I have never written a review before but I hate to see chick fil a lower their standards. Thank you
