Men's room needed a lot of help. They were really busy so I don't fault the employees. I think it's an issue the owner needs to address. The state of the art kiosks were not working either. So if they staff the place thinking kiosks are picking up a % of the orders when they are not, that's probably the cause. Not my idea to stop there but I was out voted.

I ordered a tropical mango slushy and a fish sandwich. The slushy was cold and very sweet. The fish sandwich was awful. A half piece of cheese, slathered with tarter sauce on a dried out bun. The fish itself was hard, dried out and tasteless. I tried to share a bite of the fish with my dog who also rejected it! Very disappointed. My husband went inside to order and had the same experience with his fish sandwich. Not worth your time. One of the worst McDonalds I have ever visited

Went into this McDonalds with my family to use bathrooms and get something to eat. A gentleman was mopping the ladies room…according to my family, the boy sloshed around all this soggy toilet paper on the floor and left the bathroom with the paper piled against the wall in the stall. Not cleaned… Ordering appeared to be flawless however all three of our orders were wrong when we received them. The chicken on my chicken sandwich was was so hard and dry, no pickle. We ordered 3 cheeseburgers and all 3 were surprisingly cold. Like no heat whatsoever…and this place is not very busy at all. We ordered 1 McFlurry, charged for 2, and was handed 3 of them. Ordered small fries yet charged for a large. We decided it was a wash cost-wise and didn’t want any more confusion. And maybe worst of all, the boy mopping the bathroom with no gloves, was the staff person who handed us some of our food. We noticed he went straight from putting up the mop to getting behind the counter to take our order. Staff was polite…that is why I rated them a 2 star vs a 1 star. Skip this location!

Travelling through the area. My puppy was ultra yappy and excited when we got to the drive thru window. The lovely young man smiled at her, waved at her, talked to her and smiled again and she calmed right down..Thank you for your friendliness and the road food!
