I’m super mad at myself! I should’ve BEEN left a review! So I discovered this beautiful hidden gem of Long Beach in the year of 2020. Unfortunately due to COVID-19 mandates I went back to my home state for a year. But I came back to the Long Beach area and I spent days trying to remember the name and location😩🤣 I even stopped at other hair shops around Long Beach but they just weren’t Mimi’s! So I eventually found their number on the internet and got connected with my hairstylist Cris! From the moment you speak to anyone from the shop on the phone to the time you walk in the shop, they make you feel at home, they’re very friendly, very clean, and even have multiple verities of music genres playing while you wait for your amazing hair to be finished by one of the lovely employees there! Thank you Mimi’s for your awesome and wonderful shop! I love to shop local and I’m glad I found you guys! Shoutout Mimi’s boutique and hair in Long Beach! Highly recommend!🙌🏾💯

Mimi and her staff have done me and my daughter’s hair for years! We drive from over an hour away because they do amazing work, are very professional and reasonably priced. The shop experience is extremely pleasant and they really cater to their clients needs. Happy to support small, black owned businesses.
