Very busy location, drive thru is a little confusing as they have a busy restaurant with a drive thru next door as well so the lines were a little confusing but it can be figured out. Donuts were fresh and tasted great!

7/26/22 about 10:50 pm.went through drive thru. Long line not because of customers because the people working there at Krispy Kreams had no organization, No clue what they were doing or even donuts they had. No napkins guy with shades on kept opening the same box 10xs I kid you not. He might have been high or something. On top of all that donuts were usually cold. Never again.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. They have a ‘manager’ named LIZ that does not service any problem and distances herself with KK services that only can be addressed at the store. I came in with my autistic son to redeem my free dozen and the app, which is not perfect, cleared my free dozen AND NO ONE HAS ACCESS TO MY ACCOUNT. I explained to her what happened when I came in yesterday and she said call the 800 number. Did I mention my son was autistic and standing there ‘stemming’? She said that people lie all the time and try to get free dozen donuts. I asked her, ‘so your you’re calling me a liar?’ She said until I see proof.

Came in at 7 am in the morning. There was no line and they did not seem busy. I waited at he the counter for a while until a staff acknowledged me. Staff was helpful when I had a question about the filling of the donuts. Donuts are a bit pricy compare to their donut shops, and my donuts came out cold. The cashier did not seem to be very happy as she did not look at me or smile at all. An average donut shop overall, and I will probably not going to go out of my way to come here for donuts.
