Ready for a field trip

Bus an hour late. Cue VERY unorganized and staff unprepared to assist. Bus in poor condition. Driver with poor attitude of service; didn't know how to turn off the (very-hot) air conditioning; close minded for feedback and suggestions We lost our next bus due to the delay of the first bus VERY DISSATISFIED with the overall experience Wouldn't recommend it unless Is the last bus on the states. (And even still ... )
