At&t is a great service, though I would recommend you don't get support from the manager Aaron. Not only did he lie to me in giving me the wrong number, but made excuses in helping me with my billing situation when I was paying double the amount then what was promised. But after a call with tech support, thanks to Javier, and after speaking with Zack. The problem was resolved better than I could have imagined.

I walked in with an iPhone 6S and my first-ever phone - an iPhone 5 from 2012 - (both at 0%), and a charging cable whose chip(?) had separated and was lodged in the 6S. Very weird. And of course I’m a technophobe with avoidant tendencies, so I’d never done anything about replacing the SIM card and I thought the 6S was DONE. I’ve always received great customer care from the technicians at the store, but Joshua went way above and beyond to help me. He took care of a warranty issue and installed an even newer SIM card when the one I’d been sent didn’t work. He also began the transferring my many photos to the 6S. (That phone was a generous hand-me-down from my cousin, but nothing came through when she set it up.) There is NO way I could have figured out any of that stuff on my own, but Joshua was persistent, professional and unbelievably patient. Yes, I’m gushing, because he really is that good.

Unfortunately no there is no government based phones there are no fee. However we do have several phones that are free on regular plans. 3 GB 9gn unlimited ...ect. these promotions are effective for a limited time. Call store for details.
