First, I came after work late night6/26/22 1230am looking to get something quick. The location lights was off on the outside and inside.. There was no indication if it was open. Once I realize that they were taking orders; there was a very faint male voice asking for my order. I placed my order and of course they don't have the toasted chuipula or much of anything else. I go to pay for my order and I'm handed a bag with missing items in a hurried manner. I alerted the young man and he turned and asked me, then another employee what was missing . They say oh and handed me what I thought were my missing items. When I get home, it's made wrong.. Something must be done to get better service and correct mistakes such as these.. Taco Bell, Please get your employees together!!!

Specifically told the order taker that "NO MEAT" STILL .... chunks of meat were in there. There was a religious reason why it was being substituted. Tried calling..... call was not picked up either. So disappointing

They will ALWAYS get your order wrong. I’ve ordered multiple times from this location and I always end up missing an item. Last time we ordered I purchased 2 chalupa crave box with cinnamon twists, they forgot BOTH chalupas and the extra twists.
