Had a great experience! It was my first time at this place, Gaby and Kayle at the front desk were super friendly and had great customer service, Gaby took the time to explain all my options and guided me thru the process. Silvia my massage therapist was super gentle and had me relaxed to the point a fell a sleep! Thank you beautiful ladies for the awesome and much needed experience!

This location has been abusing my credit card and charging purchases after i cancelled membership. I have disputed $300 plus in charges over the oast 6 months. I do not recommend using this location, for this purpose.

I am a long time member and have over 10 treatments on file (over $700 worth of unused services) I made an appointment for a hot stone massage. I waited in the quiet room as I was told. When it was time for my appointment to begin I was given paperwork to to complete and sign (really... you couldn't have given it to me when I was waiting), then in the afternoon they called for my credit card info, there was an additional charge for the hot stone they had failed to mention when I booked the appointment, when they confirmed the appointment or when I showed up for the appointment. I have spoken to management who said it is the responsibility of the desk to tell you about additional fees (among the cluster of mistakes - how paperwork was handled)- their mistake - and still my charge. An I'm sorry" is just talk when you don't right the wrong. This is not the way a reputable business handles things. I went to this location 1 other time, last year. The therapist was at least 15 mins late, cutting into the time I had paid for and then again was handed paperwork. time to quit - yes... but any accrued services have to be used in 60 days of you loose them... its a lot of money!!!

I am so pissed off at this location. I am done with their services because it is overpriced and freezing your account is a pain in the ass. As a college student I started getting massages two years ago, and kept the membership for about a year before I needed to freeze to pay for other expenses. Since then I have been wrongfully charged 3 times when I requested a freeze and only twice have I received a refund. Now I have a stupid massage on my account I dont even want from them. I just dont want them touching my money anymore.
