WARNING....They are not a company you want to deal with..Put a down payment on a spa December 2020 and they said it would arrive December 2021, never did, nor did i hear from the company telling me why. I have called them many times just wanting my down payment back and keep be told they would not give it back, due to the COVID agreement..do not do business with them, many other places out there to buy spas..also they are way over priced..do your research before buying from them....Go else where..

These guys are basically con artists... We bought a swim spa stating that we wanted to "SWIM" in it and the jet just barely pushes the water... Cant swim in this thing, it's just a big Jacuzzi at this point which is not what we had agreed about this spa. It took nearly 6 more months to get to us than stated in the beginning, they dont supply any hookups for electricals (electrician said that the spa company supplies those, but these guys said they dont provide those) so you will have to pay another $400 to get it hooked up to your electricity. Note: There is no manual provided so you have to go online and get that yourself and it may not match your model, they only have one manual Every time you call in and they say they will call you back, they never call back... and no one takes ownership they just point fingers in a circle. Bad Service and Con Artists - Dont shop here At the end of the day, I'm glad to have something after waiting this long, but I'm very disappointed that I was lied to and spent 20k on something that wasnt even what I asked for. If I knew I was getting a big jacuzzi I would have just bought a jacuzzi...

Had a problem with circulating motor in Jetsetter spa. Great service from Hot Springs manufacturer and Coastal Spa. Technician was very professional and took the time to explain spa systems. He also provided info on a new cover at a reasonable price. He would bring it over and install without a service charge. It is so rewarding to have a company provide service without any hassles.

Jose Laurent is the best sales associate. Wonderful experience in making our purchase. Delivery was within a week of purchase. Very happy! The showroom is impressive and the selection is equally impressive. We purchased the Azure premier 4 person jacuzzi. So thrilled.
