This company needs to invest focus on a better on boarding process not with 30 people , there sales team is top notch they promise you the work , the trainers during the on boarding process only know the subject they are training on, if you have any questions they are clueless, I own a small company we do great with the crm we use but we wanted to better our selfs , tue implementation process , tired to cancel this before third days was up and they told me the contract is the contract their ain’t nothing they can do , I asked their ain’t a 30day cancel we where not even finished onboarding yet we never kicked out live and we are out 25k , this company has awesome features but the onboarding was crazy , don’t make the mistake and use this company we caulked up the loss hate to see anyone go through this thankfully we have tue money to take the loss, this company is the worst

It is unfortunate that two hard-working men, Ara and Vahe, started this company for their hard-working fathers to not struggle as a small trade service provider company. After being successful, they have forgotten where they came from and where they were going and taken the wrong path; their goal was to help a trade people of any size. Still, now they have minimums that only a large (multimillion-dollar) company can use their services. And their website says to try our demo at least five times on the homepage, but there is no Demo; they have no such thing as a demo; the only way you can try the service is to pay $4K for them to set up the account and sign up for the service with a minimum of 3 techs, to try it, what if you don't like it, I think there is no going back as to try it, you have to have the contract. Unfortunately, they have taken this approach, ever since I saw this company I was a supporter and talked highly about them on all levels and different circles, that that it was time for me to give them a try; they are too good for our company, is what they think.

Its so sad that I've been begging to have my NEW company join ServiceTitan and continued to get either turned down or ignored. I've been using ServiceTitan for over 7 years with the current company I work for and now that I'm starting my own I want to use them. Multiple calls, multiple emails and continued to get turned down basically them saying they are too good for my business to be a part of them. FieldEdge said they would take me no problems and that's one of their competitors. Pretty sad...

Service Titan is an impressive product. If you are willing to put in the time and effort to set your account up properly, it will have a serious positive impact on your company. Our technicians like it, our customers like it, our office staff likes it. We are 6 months in and so happy with our decision. We are excited for what the future holds as we continue to build out and use all the features it has to offer. I highly recommend Service Titan without reservation.
