They're professional, very reasonably priced, and they're wonderfully matter-of-fact about working on intimate areas. Make sure to bring a cash tip to give directly to your technician because you can't tip afterward/using a credit card.

I have had the best results , I did my legs, full bikini, underarms and feel amazing . I actually was a client at the original location in Glendale . It’s been about 7-8 years and my legs are still smooth and flawless. I did get my arms done at laser away, but they are WAY overpriced and I felt I achieved better results with New Look Skin Center. Although you do have to remember some spots might be more stubborn and require more sessions. The prices are extremely fair given the life long results.

It was my first time here and doing laser hair removal in general and everyone was welcoming and polite. The front desk staff was attentive and the place has plenty of seating while you wait. The nurse helped make sure I was comfortable as well. They give you plenty of information and help get you scheduled for your next appointment after. Highly recommend!

Staff are extremely helpful. I was an hour early by my own fault,they were extremely helpful. She resssured me it wasn't an issue. I was able to get my laser even earlier. The laser technician was very sweet and kind. I usually get the numbing cream just because I'm more sensitive which I can feel more pain. But unfortunately this time I couldn't since I was early to my appointment but She was so Gentle that I didn't feel a thing. I highly recommend New Look Skin Center love this place
