Wasn’t quite sure my phone could be fixed. The inner speaker stopped working and I thought for sure it would cost me a lot of money. I had the battery changed also. They changed the battery and it didn’t cost very much at all. They cleaned my phone for free and got the speaker to work again. I am so thankful. It only took them a couple of hours too. I thought they would have to keep it a couple of days. Again thank you so much. Customer for life.

Caleb fixed my phone in an hour and a half after dealing with Google Support for over a day. Don't waste your time, just come here first! Aliyah checked me in and out with the quickness!

I went to this place to get a z flip 3 screen protector replacement per Samsung's instructions since I'm paying for Samsung Care. I wasted gas to drive over there for them to say they don't provide this service and to call one of the other ubreakifix locations, I DID and I got the same response. Called Samsung again and they said that if ubreakifix could not replace the screen protector then it must be because my screen is broken. It was not. I asked these people if they could provide a diagnostics that the fault was on the screen protector and that my screen itself was not broken. The guy said it would be too much of a hassle for him to provide a diagnostics so he wouldn't do it. Mind you this is supposed to be covered by insurance you'd think they could at least provide a diagnostics. Went back to samsung and they insisted that the only other way was to say that my screen was broken and pay $249 to get it replaced. RIDICULOUS. Luckily I found a local repair shop unaffiliated with Samsung or Ubreakifix and they were able to swap out the screen protector now my phone looks way better even better than when I bought it. The film Samsung ships the phone with is not really screen protector after checking the material it's a hard plastic but the protector I got installed at another shop is of a softer material and it looks way better I also think it's highly unlikely that this will happen again. Conclusion: Go anywhere BUT here!

I took my iPhone in for a battery replacement. When it was returned to me all the side buttons did not work and they explained I now had to use a “floating home button.” After a day, I went to the Apple store to ask what was wrong. They found many problems including that fact that my security screws had not been replace, negating all water resistant qualities of the phone. Apple considered my phone damaged and not qualified for any trade in value by them or my service provider. I called uBreakiFix and they said the Manager would call me—nothing so far.

Bet thing is call and ask
How much is it to fix a galaxy note 9 screen? And how long does it take to repair it?
Call the store.
I don't know, it depends of what's the issue with the phone. First they take look and then tell you the next step. In my case, my phone had a software issue, they repaired in 15 min or so
