We ordered a Supreme pizza and as usual with Pizza Hut lately the toppings were very skimpy. I understand prices going up but don't raise prices AND cut back on toppings!!

Waited over an hour for food. There was noone ahead of us in the store, only drive through. A worker commented that they were understaffed. As I left, there were folks standing outside the doors complaining that they had been waiting a very long time for their drive thru orders as well. They also forgot to bring part of our meal, so we got it on the way out to-go.

I ordered in the app and scheduled pick up for one hour later. I picked up at the window. I am very happy to say all of the pizza was ready at the requested time. I used my available rewards to order an order of bread sticks and a medium pizza. I also ordered an additional six large pizzas. EVERY pizza was made correctly! That hasn't always been the case but on this order it was. Thank you to the employees at this Pizza Hut I appreciate you!
