This is the first time I’ve had an issue with this particular location. I understand staffing is short everywhere, but I’m not sure why no one answers the phone at this location. I placed a delivery order online and it did state the delivery times were high, which was not an issue at the time. I tried calling about 40 min after placing the order to see if I could change the order to a pickup. I sat on hold 20+ min before I hung up. I waited a little longer hoping the order would be delivered. When I checked the tracker I realized the order never made it out of the prep stage. I gave it a little while longer and checked the tracker and was surprised to see my order was no longer there !!!! My order had been cancelled/deleted without a call or email notification. I checked my account and saw I was refunded for my order.I tried to call again to see if this was a mistake and sat on hold another 20+ min without an answer. This is terrible service whether you’re short staffed or not.

I had a good experience here. Understaffed was the only issue so pizza took longer than expected but that wasn’t the fault of the workers. It was a shame to see how other customers treated the worker at the drive thru, when it was my turn you could tell he thought I was about to yell at him like the last customer. I wish I knew the workers name, he was awesome!

This is by far the worst Domino's franchise I have seen. So far I've had them not deliver my order, I tried calling and they would not answer the phone, so I went to the building. There were at least 10 people behind the counter at that time. When asked where my pizza was they insisted that they delivered it. I asked if they did why would I drive all the way to the store? The guy behind the counter got upset and refused to talk to me...great customer service... Then the manager comes to talk to me and says they're short staffed. I thought to myself, how many people do you need. The next time I ordered from them it with some hesitancy, and they did not disappoint. Almost 2 hours for a delivery, when the driver showed up he said the usual, that they are short staffed. The food had come out of the oven 90 minutes before it was delivered and was cold. I tried calling again and guess what no answer. I will never make the mistake of ordering from this Domino's again.

I ordered a pickup order today and they forgot to give me my drink. I didn't think about it until I got home so I tried to call them for an hour and never got anyone to answer my call. I heard all about the phone special; however, if they don't answer the phone you can't get a phone special...I wasn't upset about the drink in fact I was going to tell them to enjoy a coke on me during their break, but not answering the phone calls is ridiculous. Too many other pizza places in town for me to deal with. Lost a good customer today.
