A little difficult to find especially if you don't know there are 2 BMO bank offices in the same general area. Very patient and understanding staff no matter religious beliefs and ready to keep a kid busy while you're doing paperwork, however they're grossly understaffed and underfunded, much like the rest of this area's social support system. Be prepared for a waiting period that may be longer than usual or longer than you were told because these people are literally burning the candle at both ends and out of matches some weeks. They legitimately mean to get back to you but if you can do it faster then come volunteer. God bless the volunteers
