The staff are so unprofessional, they have bad manners. Also they acts like they are not working using their phone while people are waiting to be help. We are not begging food we are paying for a service.

It’s Christmas Eve got forced into the wrong building garage because traffic would not let us out. Called for help within one minute trying to exit. Nastiest people would not budge demanded a dollar. No grace period, no concern this was a mistake, nor that it was Christmas Eve! Avoid at all costs! Wasted two more minutes trying to appeal to their humanity as they have none! Bah humbug money hungry scrooges! Terrible business and terrible customer service!

Great parking garage that is prepaid. It's $1/hour which is a fantastic price for someplace so close to the city. Park here and take a uber or public transport into the city and save.
