I really enjoy having their monthly package as I can wash as many times a month as I like. Staff is great, my inspection was about to expire and their mechanic caught it otherwise I would have gotten a ticket. In the winter months I had the gold monthly package which included the interior but for the summer I switched to the exterior as they have dollar vacuums on the premises. I recommend the place.

I have exterior special unlimited car wash service. Just started in July. For the most part, the washes are pretty good but not great. All I have to do is look up to the sunroof and see all the mess. It's like the machine doesn't touch it. As far as the drying aspect of it from the physical attendants is NOT so good. They're not the best at hand drying. Probably some of the worst I've seen in my opinion. They don't pay attention to the hatch whatsoever. Most places they would open/life it to dry all the major parts. They don't acknowledge it. That would be my only complaint. They rush hand dry and because of that, they miss most of the important parts that I catch myself almost ALWAYS having to dry myself and I have to spend like 10 mins doing it. So i'm not sure that I'd continue going into August so hopefully theres some coaching that can help them care a bit more. I'd be happy to edit my review if I see some improvement but I've used the service roughly a a dozen times thus far (pre unlimited and during) and have just seen it get worse each time so I'm optimistic.
