We got a shuttle and the service was great. Saying that,the $30 was high compared to other shuttle prices. The water flow was down, but hat is to be expected in the middle of July.

If you live in HSV you can't beat this half day trip in the summer. All staff were pleasant and helpful. Pricing is a bit steep, but it's so close to our back door I find the value to still be there. We rented a tandem and solo kayak for a family of 4 (5 and under must sit between adults legs). Life vests included in rental. The shuttle to start your ride was under five minutes if memory serves. The boats are low quality, but do the job (better than me owning one). The ride was around 3 hrs for us. Your mileage will vary.

Loved it! Was so nice and relaxing! Lasted really about 4 1/2 to 5 hrs only thing was a tree was down in one place causing several people to flip and a whole group of people watching for amusement my husband and brother In law almost drown current was fast other than that had a absolute great time! Keep a check on the down trees and there would be nothing anyone could say bad about this place at all! I would tell everyone to go...

The NACK is the shiznit! Great folks, great float. Plenty of places to stop along the way to park and swim, eat lunch etc...there are a few places to stop and camp if you are so inclined.

Kayaks are $45 each, shuttle service $25. They have canoes and tandem kayaks (different pricing).
They have both. If they are really busy, you may either have to wait for the one you want or take the sitin.

Monday- Friday are reservations only. Saturday they open at 8am Sunday at 10am. their last drop offs are at 2pm
I believe that it was 20 to 25 dollars for them to take my kayak up stream and then pick me up at the take out.
