Nice helpful staff who were courteous and helped me save money by showing me the cheaper mailing type I could use. They have mailboxes at this location. They also sell birthday cards and gift cards of multiple companies such as MasterCard, ebay, Bestbuy, AMC etc.

BEWARE!! Possible Theft in this Post Office. I sent two birthday cards with $20 in each. One to Ohio, one to CT. Neither one made it. One never turned up in OH. The other in CT turned up ripped open, the card ripped too, and the money gone. The only thing these two items had in common were they were clearly greeting cards, AND THEY WERE MAILED FROM INSIDE THE BRONXVILLE POST OFFICE. I know—never mail cash, but how did this happen to two random cards? Tampering with US Mail is a federal offense. Someone is breaking the law and it would not be the first time Bronxville PO is involved.

People in the office are very nice, the postal workers who deliver mail are a different story. On multiple occasions I had my packages set to have a signature once delivered; the mailman ends up signing for the package on my behalf. Very unprofessional when you are paying extra for the service.

If there was a way to give this place less then a whole star I would. The staff is rude to customers when they don’t understand a mailing procedure or other questions they may have. The manager and clerks can not give you a straight answer about the new mask mandate and refuse service to customers who follow the new CDC guidelines about not requiring masks if you have been vaccinated. I received a phone call from someone named Tony and he told me that if the employees feel “uncomfortable” they will refuse service if you do not wear a mask. They have a sign outside that says, “masks are recommended.” We are following the new orders from the CDC... this is a Post Office that cares about feelings more than the law. If you can avoid dealing with this unorganized and scared staff than complete your transactions online to avoid the eye-rolling experience most people have here.

I have a device dog. Fully registered, tags and identification card. I was told while holding her in the empty post office by someone behind the desk that service dogs are only allowed in there for the blind. Is this true? It is now 4/31/18 at 3:50pm

If you have all the certified papers, which I am sure you keep with you when outside traveling, all you have to do is show them if asked. I am assuming that you have a certified emotional service dog which underwent the special training course for the certification. Certified service dogs are specially trained in how to behave in public settings.
