Here's the deal- This is the 3rd camper my family has purchased from Johnston RV. Our experiences over the years have been nothing but incredible. Many of the negative reviews you are reading are from people who have no idea what an RV is or what to expect from camping. RV's are built differently- equipment will vary from RV to RV and be of varying quality. If you purchase a 10K RV be ready for issues.... simple as that. Also, leaving a negative review because you didn't ask the right questions or because you never had owned an RV and therefore are ignorantly unaware of the risks and rewards of owning one. Trust me folks...you will not be disappointed

I can't say enough about the service at Johnston RV Center! Everyone we worked with was wonderful! From Kyle in sales, who was very patient with us. To Sarah in finance, who made it easy and fun! To Brian who did our walk thru. He answered all our questions and didn't make us feel dumb. We are seasoned campers but to new to the whole fifth wheel thing. If you are looking for a camper this is the place to go. We drove 3 1/2 hours each way to use them but I'm so happy we did!

FANTASTIC! We bought a camper over the weekend. We enquired online on a Sunday night and a salesman was prompt to respond. We knew which camper we wanted. Did all the paperwork (everything went smoothly) and drove up the next weekend. Our walk through guy (Matt) was super nice and very knowledgeable. He explained any questions that we had in great detail. Finance lady (Sarah) was super nice and helpful as well. Parts lady was super friendly also. We initially wanted to shop with Johnston RV because of the lifetime warranty. The price on the camper that we wanted was an excellent deal. So far everything has lived up to expectations. Looking forward to doing business with them in the future. Highly Recommend!

Worked with Kyle on figuring out which RV we wanted. After going back n forth several times. We finally made a decision. Kyle was great throughout the entire process. Very patient with us. Highly recommend!!! We found the RV we want, that matches our needs. Awesome place to deal with. Very fair and willing to work and earn your business!!

Staff is required to wear masks if proper social distancing cannot be maintained. Our office is professionally cleaned and sanitized twice a week, and between cleanings staff is required to sanitize high touch areas multiple times throughout the day. We do not require customers wear masks, though the practice is encouraged. We also offer contactless RV sales that can be completed through email and phone and we ship the RV to the customer's home. Additionally, we offer curbside pickup at our parts store.
