Walked in nasty and dirty after working all day. (Imagine a grease and insulation coated couple walking in) Hostess was prompt and polite Seated within a couple minutes Server was quick to get our drinks and appetizer and rolls to us. With lunch being not as busy it was a nice relaxed atmosphere. Clean dining experience. Hot food was hot cold food was cold. Steak was done to correct temp. Don't get the fried fish. it's 90% batter and 10% fish. Tipped server well. No manager stopped by to check on things. Paid my tab and left. 5/5 everyone was prompt and polite service was quick atmosphere was calm relaxed and clean Just don't order the fried fish.

It was the best sirloin steak I've had in years. The sweet potato and veggies were cooked to perfection. The Texas Roadhouse and Logan's where I live do not measure up to this Texas Roadhouse. Our server was attentive and very friendly; he gave our table just the right amount of attention--not too much or too little. When next in Decatur, I hope to visit again. Glad we were there at 3 when they opened--to beat the crowd!

We went to Texas Roadhouse around 1:40 PM today. 5 adults 2 children. We weren't allowed to wait inside so we waited in our cars. I believe next time we will look into getting on the list early I think that is an option in their app. The wait was 25 mins that wasn't too bad. The waitress was great. She stayed on top of our needs. The only thing I can truly say is make sure you have plenty of time when you go. We had to wait around 45 mins for our main course. The rolls were awesome. Overall a great experience.

It's always crowded on Saturday night I go to the bar if there is a seat you can order there and have a drink while you wait and it's not so bad
Good. Everyone is helpful and they have masks if you forget yours. Plenty of ✋ washing stations/supplies. Social distances practiced.

The best thing to do is find out the name and number of the general manager and call them tomorrow around 3:30pm. Tell them exactly what happened only the facts. Then ask them to tell you why that happened. Ultimately it is a management problem. Too many of those experiences destroys a business. Eventually people stop coming back aka Mellow Mushroom.
