Los Arcos is a typical neighborhood Mexican restaurant. They have fast service, a clean dining area, and good food. I have dined in and ordered ahead and picked up curbside. Pick up usually takes 15/20 minutes. They are a great lil family Mexican restaurant. We usually get fajitas for two with steak, chicken, and shrimp. The queso, salsa, and chips and chicken nachos are great! The adult beverages are dependably yummy! You will enjoy a great meal here!

The worst customer service experience from the manager I have ever dealt with! My family and I ordered our food to be delivered. Everything was going great till my wife about chokes on a bone in her shredded chick enchiladas! So after taking care of her I call the restaurant and talk to the manager who tells me it's not their problem! That it's the delivery services issue. Ummmm they didn't cook my food... he kept talking down and rude to me. THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!!!!!

This is probably the worst Mexican food I’ve ever had. I ordered the chicken fajitas and got a skillet of dry, unseasoned chicken with one piece of green pepper, two pieces of tomato and a few slices of onion. The rice was so salty I couldn’t eat it, the salsa just tasted like salty tomato sauce. The waiter was in a super big rush to get us in and out. I didn’t even have time to look at the whole menu before he was standing over me again. I’m pretty sure the only reason this place is popular is because we’re in a tiny town with almost zero options if you want to eat out.

Super dry chicken and steak. I think the food was cooked days ago and microwaved to order. Service was fast and good. But everything from the bad salsa to old guacamole to dry over cooked food did it for me.
