My boyfriend buys McDonald’s I don’t eat it I just get sweet tea. It’s so sad because my boyfriends order isn’t special but for some reason they cannot get my sweet tea right. I just want a sweet tea! Out of the 10 times I’ve ordered they only got the sweet tea right 4 times. One time the cup had plastic in it and when I went to drink I got a mouth full of sweet tea and plastic. The other times it’s been unsweet or weirdly bitter. Not pleased.

Worst-case of a visit to McDonald's I've ever had. Ordered thru drive thru 3 double hamburgers 1lg diet coke. Normally it shows your order on the screen, this time screen went blank? The girl taking the order repeated, she said 3 double hamburgers and 1lg coke? I said thats a diet coke please. Oh ok: Get to first window the gentleman asked" you had 3 mcdoubles plain and a diet coke? I said no that the hamburgers were to have everything on them except cheese! His response was that he couldn't fix it that to pull forward to next window and they would fix it. "Ok no problem. When I got to the window the girl rushed me thru? Here's you food and drink and closed the window? Im going like hey my order is wrong. A women opened the window"she asked what is the problem? I told her the hamburgers didn't have any thing on them "no condiments " she said "well you ordered them plain? Huh' Mam no I just ordered double hamburgers 'no cheese only. The women went off on me YELLING AT THE TOP OF HER LUNGS. Insisting i ordered them plain? She said she had had it with me being rude? HUH? MAM I just want my food I had diabetes she Slammed the window. She said your not getting any food and gave me cash and Slammed the window again At this point I ask her to put it back on my credit card? She said she would not and that she was calling the police on me? HUH? OH BOY Well guess what happens next? The girl that took my order initially was at the window apologizing for initially messing up the order Admitting she put plain hamburgers and a regular Coke. WHAT GIVES? I SORRY SHE SAYS. I'm going back to make your hamburgers and get your diet coke. WEIRDEST VISIT EVER AT A MCDONALD'S?????? HELP US ALL!!!!

Please inform your younger employees that tapping your nails on the counter when someone is trying to help their child decide on what to eat is rude! Stopped yesterday Sunday march 13 around 11am was not busy at all and the girl at the register was very rude!
