BUSIEST DRIVE THROUGH IN NY , ONE CAR IN FRONT OF ME DID SOMETHING SO NICE!!!!! I ALRADY ORDERED AND DROVE TO FRONT WINDOW TO PAY BARISTA SAID CAR THAT LEFT PAID OUT OF GOODNESS, ☺️THIS HAPPENED ALSO IN MYRTLE BEACH STARBUCKS , WHO EVER U ARE GOD BLESS U MORE I WISH I COULD BUY U A DINNER T.Y SO MUCH .

Consistently disappointing. They always mess up my mobile order (forget an espresso shot, add ice when I asked for no ice, make the wrong drink entirely, etc.). I try to pick up my drink quick so I can continue to work, but I often find I am still waiting a long time for them to make my drink when I get there, despite ordering well in advance. Basically, submitting a mobile order takes the same amount of time as waiting on the long line for their drive-thru or walking into the store and ordering it from the cashier. It seems like most of the folks who work there are still in high school, so I can cut them some slack, but I definitely avoid this Starbucks if I can, and I would advise anyone who's reading this to do the same.

Very rarely do the baristas ever get my order right. Never are they friendly - some of them have a really bad attitude problem. If they worked for me and I heard how they spoke to customers they’d be fired on the spot. Yonkers location is no good anymore, Ardsley closed, central Ave is out of my way. I don’t get a complicated order why is it so hard to get right?

This location feels like a doctors office, very cold, staff is young , poorly trained and unorganized . Seating is limited. Ordered iced caramel latte, got milk and espresso . Drive thru is confusing and set up like a maze . Not a place you go twice
