I walked in for my urgent blood test. The staff worked professionally and friendly, and fast. I came in around 9:05 am, and all set after 10 minutes.

Wonderful experience. I have been to this place few times and would love to visit this lab again as the employee Oscar is awesome lab professional, amazing and empathetic. My veins are really deep and he put in extra efforts and draws blood carefully without hurting and could find them easily. He is cooperative and treated me really well. I have been to other places as well but usually get bruise or hurt but not here. Thank you. Really appreciate the good job Oscar.

It looks like they only have one lab technician working at this lab, at Knowles location, to do the bloodwork, check in people and process any paperwork related to insurance. There is nobody at the front desk and no sign to let you know that incoming patients must sign in on an iPad. Service is very slow with many people in the waiting room complaining about how they have already been sitting for 45 minutes or longer. So far, I’ve had to wait 45 minutes just have my blood drawn. Also, do not use Google Maps because it will direct you to the Rehab Center, which is next door to the Quest Diagnostics on Knowles.
