Front desk lady was super nice and helpful. Rooms were bad. Humid, musty, and paint flaking. Doors did not shut or lock properly. Sheets had holes and stains. Carpet was, well, I wouldn't walk around barefoot if I was you. Spend a little more and stay somewhere else. Not sure how this hotel will survive much longer without some serious renovation.

Positive: NOTHING! Negative: Horrid conditions! When you first step into the room there was a strong bad odor! The rooms were very outdated and the furniture! Both days of our stay we saw bugs in our room! We reserved two rooms and they were horrible! Never again will we stay here!

Our room was clean and beds were comfortable. Front desk person was so friendly! We've stayed at more expensive hotels and had horrible room situations and service. We were really happy with our stay here.

The rooms are very clean, the bed was comfortable and it was quiet. All the rooms have exterior doors and most of them have parking available in front of your door. There was a fishing tournament happening during my stay, but there was plenty of parking even with several boats on trailers on site. The Inn is across a small street bordering a lake just as you enter Eufaula.
