Horrible Customer service.. They answer all emails with same bullcrap scripted letter. No one likes scripts anymore. I am sooooo upset, I have responded 3 times to their emails and keep getting prettymuch the same form letter back. Cant stand todays standards of customer service. I will nolonger use their products!!!!!!!! Update: Hey look👀 even their response to me is a script...

Scammers here. Sent my Strix mobo in for repair and they found the common "shorted out usb port". We have NEVER used any of the usb ports on the mobo itself since it was all through the front usb header on the case. I have NO DOUBT that this was done at the RMA center, especially after seeing recent video by Gamer's Nexus and others finding sabotage on ASUS video cards on youtube. That will be my last ASUS product.

Impossible to get warranty support. Staff totally indifferent and no way to communicate directly with leadership. UPDATE as of 12/18/2021: As a result of the original post I was able to return all malfunctioning devices (AX11000 & AX6100). Long story short, tried to set up AX11000 last week and "refurbished" unit returned has same exact problem. Support issued RMA last week that did not create a record for me to print return labels. This company is not only incompetent but corrupt! AX6100 units now today appear to be having the same problem. Asus: if you are listening, I want my money back....PERIOD!!!

Asus computer has the worst customer service and product support I've ever seen since 1990. They don't lie to the customers about warranties and their responsibilities. They will intentionally mislead the customer all giving them the runaround. Asus computer will do anything they can to circumvent their responsibility. All the while frustrating and without thought of the customer or their company and or product line destroy their own company.
